As part of Indika Energy’s 25th anniversary, we introduced the Sustainability Challenge 2025—a simple, fun, and inspiring way to encourage our employees to practice sustainability in their daily lives. The challenge aimed to build greater awareness across the Group while helping all of us take small, meaningful steps toward a more sustainable lifestyle.

Over the course of seven days, employees from across the Indika Energy Group were invited to try out sustainable habits, capture their moments, and share their experiences through Instagram Stories. The intention was to create a supportive and engaging space where we could learn from one another and celebrate everyday actions that make a difference.

Our 7-Day Sustainability Themes

Each day offered an easy-to-follow theme to guide participants—starting with Wasting Monday to reduce waste, followed by Transit Tuesday to encourage greener mobility choices. Saving Wednesday focused on conserving energy, water, and other resources, while Waste-less Thursday invited everyone to minimize single-use items and unnecessary consumption. Tidy Friday promoted creating cleaner, more mindful spaces, and Nature Sync Saturday encouraged reconnecting with nature and giving back. The week closed with Free-Themed Sunday, allowing participants to explore their own creative ways to live sustainably.

Our Sustainability Challenge Champions

We are pleased to recognize the participants who stood out through their consistent effort, creativity, and enthusiasm throughout the challenge:

Faiz Sujudi — Tripatra Engineers and Constructors

Kevin Haposan — Indika Energy

Jordi Esa Putra — Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia

Surya Nuswantoro — Indika Energy

Nur Fitriani — ALVA

Their contributions remind us that meaningful change begins with simple, daily choices—and when these choices become habits, they grow into a powerful force for long-term impact. By practicing these actions together, we not only strengthen our collective commitment today, but also lay the foundation for sustainable behaviors that will carry us into the future. This challenge is a starting point, a spark that encourages each of us to keep making conscious decisions, inspiring others, and contributing to a culture where sustainability becomes second nature. As we move forward, every small step we take continues to shape a more responsible, resilient, and sustainable Indika Energy—for ourselves, our communities, and the generations to come.
